Operator First, Acquirer Second

We build and ship products. Acquisition is just another way to solve problems at scale.

About Maxwell Monson

I've spent the last 10+ years in SaaS, building and scaling revenue operations at companies like Zendesk, Twilio, and Outreach. I've seen what separates companies that scale from those that stall—and it's rarely the product itself.

It's the operational infrastructure. The GTM machine. The systems that turn leads into revenue and revenue into repeatable growth. I've built CRM systems, automated workflows, forecasting models, and sales processes used by 100+ reps managing $25M+ pipelines.

But I'm not just an operator—I'm a technical builder. I write code. I ship products. I've launched multiple products myself, from customer-facing SaaS tools to operational platforms that run real businesses. I understand the full stack: RevOps, GTM strategy, marketing automation, customer experience, and hands-on technical execution.

That combination—deep operational expertise at scale-ups plus the ability to build and ship products—is what led me to found Oasis Enterprise. I wanted to partner with founders who need more than capital. They need someone who's been in the trenches, understands their daily challenges, and can roll up their sleeves to help scale.

What Partners Say

"Partnering with Oasis Enterprise to build our custom lead-gen platform transformed our operation. The system pulls in third-party data, lets us instantly log promising drive-by properties, enriches them automatically, and drops them straight into our custom marketing engine they built. It cut our admin workload in half and increased our acquisition pipeline by 40%. It's been a huge value add for scaling our flipping business."

What Makes This Different

Most acquirers bring capital. Some bring connections. Very few bring hands-on operational expertise and the technical ability to execute.

I'm not looking to buy companies and let them run on autopilot. I'm looking for opportunities where my operational background can unlock real value—whether that's scaling a GTM motion, fixing broken processes, building technical features, or taking execution weight off a founder's shoulders.

This isn't private equity. This isn't VC. This is operator-led acquisition with a builder's mindset. When we partner, you get someone who's built and scaled before—and can do it again with your company.

Specific Value-Adds

Revenue Operations

We've built RevOps functions from scratch at multiple high-growth companies. We know how to instrument your funnel, optimize conversion, build forecasting models, and align sales, marketing, and customer success around a unified data model.

GTM Strategy & Execution

Scaling a SaaS GTM motion from $500K to $50M ARR requires different playbooks at each stage. We've run those playbooks—demand gen, outbound, expansion, partner channels—and we know when to shift gears.

Technical Execution

We're hands-on with modern tech stacks (React, TypeScript, Node, PostgreSQL, etc.). We can build features, fix bugs, architect integrations, and make technical tradeoff decisions alongside your engineering team.

Operational Leadership

Beyond strategy, we execute. We'll take ownership of key functions, build processes that scale, hire and mentor teams, and drive accountability. Think of us as co-founders who show up with years of pattern recognition.

Current Focus

Right now we're building four companies in parallel, each solving a real operational problem we've encountered. Some are revenue-generating products. Some are experimental. All of them demonstrate our bias toward building and shipping.

In parallel, we're looking to acquire or partner with founders on 1-2 early-stage SaaS companies where we can add significant operational value. We're not trying to build a portfolio of dozens of companies. We're looking for the right opportunities where hands-on involvement makes a real difference.

If you're a founder who's built something with real traction but needs operational horsepower to scale, or if you're thinking about an exit but want a partner who understands the business deeply—not just a financial buyer—let's talk.
