Acquisition Criteria
We're looking for early-stage SaaS companies where hands-on operational expertise can unlock significant value.
What We're Looking For
Early-Stage SaaS with Revenue Traction
We're targeting companies with proven product-market fit and revenue, but early enough that operational expertise can meaningfully accelerate growth. If you're generating consistent MRR and customers are actually using the product, we should talk.
Good Product, Operational Bottleneck
We look for strong retention and product usage—not just revenue. If customers love the product but growth has stalled due to weak GTM, underbuilt sales processes, or lack of operational infrastructure, that's exactly where we add value.
Founders Ready for Partnership or Transition
Technical founders who want to focus on product while someone else handles GTM. Operators ready to step back but want continuity for their customers. We're open to co-ownership partnerships or full acquisitions—whatever structure makes sense for you. Either way, expect a transition period where we work together.
We Bring Operations, Not Just Capital
If you just need money, raise a round. We're interested when operational expertise is the unlock—building your RevOps function, fixing conversion funnels, automating acquisition, or scaling sales processes. We're looking for companies where our background makes the difference.
What We Bring to Acquired Companies
Hands-On Operational Leadership
We don't delegate operations—we run them. Whether it's building your RevOps function, scaling your sales team, or optimizing your customer journey, we'll be in the weeds making it happen.
GTM Strategy & Execution
Our team has scaled GTM motions from early stage to enterprise at companies like Zendesk and Twilio. We know what works at each stage and how to shift gears as you grow.
Technical Execution Capability
We're hands-on with code. Need a feature shipped? An integration built? A technical tradeoff decision? We can work alongside your engineering team or handle it ourselves.
RevOps & Scaling Expertise
We've built revenue operations functions from scratch multiple times. We can instrument your funnel, build forecasting models, align your teams, and create the data infrastructure you need to scale.
Industries of Interest
We're most excited about B2B SaaS in operations, productivity, and analytics—the kinds of tools that solve real workflow problems for business teams. Developer tools, vertical SaaS with operational components, and products that sit in the revenue tech stack are also of strong interest.
That said, we're not rigid. If you've built something with real traction in a different space and think our operational background would add value, reach out anyway. We're thesis-flexible and problem-first.
Deal Structure
We're open to different structures depending on what makes sense for you:
- Co-ownership with founder partnerships: If you want to stay involved but need an operator to take on GTM/operations, we can structure co-ownership where we split responsibilities and equity.
- Full acquisition: If you're ready for a clean exit, we can do a straightforward acquisition where you transition out and we take over operations.
- Operational consulting with equity: Not ready to sell but need hands-on operational help? We can explore consulting arrangements with equity upside tied to growth.
Capital is flexible. We're not competing with VC money—we're bringing operational value. Deal terms will depend on your traction, revenue, and how much operational lift is required.
What We're Not Looking For
To be clear about what doesn't fit:
- Companies that just need capital without operational gaps
- Pre-revenue or experimental products without proven retention
- Businesses that are already operationally mature and scaling smoothly
- Founders not open to operational partnership or transition (we need room to execute)
